These are absolute classics, and they seem like they could be fakes but I’m pretty sure they’re legit. I was at the Unemployment Department one time interviewing management trainee applicants, as we had listed an ad and the people there set up several interviews for us. One guy came in and gave me his resume and it listed his last 10 jobs, and under each of them he put a reason for leaving. The reasons he put were: “Couldn’t make sales quota” “Didn’t get along with co-workers” “Terminated for violating company policy” and so on. On top of that, he elaborated on all of them during the interview and made us even LESS likely to hire him, if you can believe that. After the interview I told the lady that set up the interviews that someone should probably help him out with his resume and interview skills, and she said “Oh yes, we’ve been working with him on that.” Maybe his goal was to continue being unemployed for as long as possible, in which case I would say he had a bright future ahead of him.
So here are some people that I also doubt got much consideration. Oh and #19? I have to wonder if he might have actually murdered the guy he wanted to replace…
