Not surprising who tops this list, I use them often and their service truly is top notch. The top 3 are all web-based which again, should not come as much of a surprise.
Not sure I agree with Target at #16 though. When I’m looking for an employee to help they usually dart around the corner. They should call them “Moving Targets.”
