When you go to the movies there are multiple reminders to turn your cell phone off so you don’t disturb others.   Unfortunately, there’s no such reminder in retail stores.  The other day a lady parked herself in the middle of an aisle (with her kid in a stroller, completely blocking the aisle) and had a 20 minute conversation with someone on her cell phone, loud enough to be heard aisles away.   I didn’t hear anything related to a medical emergency, so I’m pretty sure the conversation could have waited until she was done shopping.  Instead, she shared her conversation with everyone who needed to shop anywhere nearby.

Note to customers and people in general:  You’re really not that important, nor is your conversation.  Wait until you’re alone or at least far away from others.    If not, I’m probably going to do what this guy does…
