An Early Contender for Worst Customer Of The Year

We’re only 4 days into the New Year and already a strong contender has come up for Worst Customer of 2016.  (OK, there’s no actual award, but if there was, this one would probably win it.)

A lady named Holly Jones went to a restaurant called Kilroy’s in Indianapolis on New Year’s Eve and was VERY upset because the staff considered a customer who was dying more important than her.  Can you imagine?  How DARE they worry about a 70+yr old woman who was having a heart attack?  Leave her be and take care of this issue with our bill.  She went on the restaurant’s Facebook site to complain, because, you know, there’s nothing like complaining publicly to make sure everyone knows you were mistreated.  Except she wasn’t.   She just had a medical issue of her own, namely affluenza.

Someone named Chris at the restaurant rightly decided that the customer isn’t always right and decided to let her have it.   People like this woman need to be publicly embarrassed for thinking they can act and complain like this.   She later removed her post from Facebook, but the blog bitchywaiter.com got a screenshot and gave her the online immortality she deserved.  Kudos to Chris at Kilroy’s and to the owner of the blog and I hope she’s been given the karma that she deserves.
