Here’s the best 50 companies to work for in America, using the Fortune 500 companies and six criteria to determine job satisfaction. \u00a0 Since I have low job satisfaction, high job stress, can’t telecommute (in fact, can’t even sign on at home to read email), low job meaning, low pay and low delta it’s not a surprise that my company isn’t in the top 50.<\/p>\n

We partnered with employer information website PayScale<\/a> to find the 50 best companies to work for in America<\/strong><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In creating this list, companies in the 2014 Fortune 500 list were ranked using PayScale’s salary and survey database. Final scores were determined by multiplying six criteria: high job satisfaction, low job stress, ability to telecommute, high job meaning, experienced median pay, and salary delta.
