We need you here.&#8221; \u00a0 And three catered meals a day, Twitter? \u00a0 We get the\u00a0food we bought ourselves thrown out on Friday if it&#8217;s still in the refrigerator. \u00a0 I can&#8217;t say it&#8217;s all bad though, once a year at inventory time the store might spring for a pizza&#8230;<\/div>\n<div class=\"node-inline\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"field-group-format group_image_credit field-group-div group-image-credit speed-fast effect-none\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<div class=\"fb-msg\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>For most workers, getting free office coffee and paid vacation\u2014maybe even a few weeks of maternity leave!\u2014is considered a job perk. But for the lucky employees of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2016-02-03\/perks-keep-getting-nicer-for-some-workers\" target=\"_blank\">small subset<\/a> of companies, showing up to work means free meals, free classes, random days off to enjoy nature or volunteer, and even extra cash for that new baby or favorite charity cause.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>In 2014, the recruitment site Glassdoor created a feature where employees could review their company\u2019s job perks. This week, the site made some of the coolest employee benefits public (and we almost wish they hadn&#8217;t).<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>Here are 20 companies offering some of the most unusual, enticing perks\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.glassdoor.com\/blog\/top-20-employee-benefits-perks\/\" target=\"_blank\">shared with Glassdoor<\/a>\u00a0between August 2014 and late January 2016, as well as the companies&#8217; overall benefits rated on the site&#8217;s five-star scale (asterisks refer to companies with less than 20 reviews):<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p2\"><em><span class=\"s1\"><b>1.\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.glassdoor.com\/Benefits\/Netflix-Maternity-and-Paternity-Leave-US-BNFT23_E11891_N1.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Netflix<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s3\"> offers one paid year of maternity and paternity leave to new parents.
